The network - also called Collectives - is constituted by all the persons who intervene to lead the operations led by BePangea. Their tasks are multiple:
- controls of the products and supervision of the producers,
- controls of the Certifications,
- management of the commands,
- packaging,
- management of the transport,
- control of the costs,
- internal management,
- accounting,
- administration,
- search for producers,
- search for buyers,
- works of promotion,
- bank transactions,
- payment of salaries and commissions,
- etc.
The network is constituted by national entities. These persons arise from BePangea, from affiliated NGOs, from producers or from buyers.
They are also the ones who chose to remain external and to join BePangea to benefit from paid tasks, in Occident or in the discriminated countries.
