Right of refusal of a product
BePangea, as well as Collectives or NGOs engaged in the care of the operations, has the right to refuse a product, a packaging or a care whatever motive it can be. No appeal can be engaged.
Products subjected to prior authorization
The pharmaceutical and veterinarian products are subjected to one prior authorization.
Chemicals, except common products for domestic use, are subjected to a prior authorization.
Products subjected to a health or safety control
Foodstuffs are subjected to a health control in adequacy with the legislations of the countries concerned by the transaction.
Products concerned by security checks in countries concerned by the transaction.
The care of non-corresponding products is prohibited.
Products prohibited according to the Charter
The following products are forbidden according to the code of ethics of BePangea:
All the farm produces of type GMO;
*products for which the manufacturing, the culture, the extraction or the use represent or cause an excessive environmental load;
*products for which the manufacturing, the culture, the extraction or the use represent a clause opposite to the Charter;
*fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides or other products of treatment used in farming which presents uncertainties or criticisms among specialized circles;
* products for whose the supplier or the main manufacturer is not recognizable;
* products transformed without traceability of their origin ;
* products stood out(went out again) from traditional distribution networks.
(*) In case of doubt, a preliminary demand of authorization must be emitted before any care.
Products prohibited according to the dangerousness of their manipulation or transport
All the products classified as toxins or requiring particular conditions of treatment during their transport according to their dangerousness.
Produced hydrocarbons.
Products whose export is limited
Fresh foodstuffs (fruits, vegetables, juices, meats, fishes, etc.) are not usually authorized for the export because of the environmental cost necessary for their transport.
Other prohibited products
The illicit products;
Weapons, ammunitions, explosives and war materials;
The radioactive products;
Products stemming from secret or smuggled networks.
BePangea reserves the right to modify the Agreements on Products without advance notice.
