Definition of a buyer
A producer is a person, a group of persons, a company or any other legally recognizable and responsible identity.
A buyer is characterized by the fact that he buys products.
Duty of validation of the Charter
Every buyer wishing to engage operations with BePangea must sign the Charter and validate the part of this last one who treats of " Purposes and commitments of buyers ".
In a implicit way, any start of operation by / for a buyer is considered as a tacit validation of the Charter and of all of its parts.
Extensions of buyer's position
Every buyer who wishes it and who is approved by BePangea can be a member of a local Collective according to the Agreements of these last ones and can benefit from wages according to his activities, without distinction between products he buy himself and others.
The buyer can use his own logistic means during the purchase of his products. This participation is echoed on the calculation of the price.
Right of refusal or exclusion from a buyer
The Collectives engaged in the care of the operations, have the right to refuse or to exclude temporarily a buyer whatever motive it can be, and no appeal can be engaged.
BePangea has the right to refuse or to exclude temporarily or definitively a buyer. No appeal can be engaged.
